Worked as in charge of Drug lab.MoH India, Professor at Jamia Hamdard University,. More than 350 papers and abstracts in reputed journals and international conferences are at his credit; chaired a no. of International Scientific sessions and presented invited talks as plenary and invited speaker at various International conferences / symposia. Associated with publication of many books; Author of a book besides five/six chapters in different books; Research work cited widely in books e.g. Advance in research, Chapman and Hall, London, New York;Melbourne; Studium Press,USA,UNIDO-Italy.

Mustafa YILDIZ received his Ph.D. in 2000 from Ankara University, Turkey. He is currently working as a Professor in Ankara University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Field Crops. Prof. YILDIZ’s research areas include: plant tissue culture, plant biotechnology, molecular markers, Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated gene transfer, plant stress physiology, plant immune system, plant defense mechanism and plant breeding. Mustafa YILDIZ has scientific publications over 150, two books, 9 book chapters and an editted book. He was awarded as 1st place in the “International Sunflower Project Market” by “International Sunflower Association” for his project titled “A New Environmental Friendly Production Method in Sunflower for High Seed and Crude Oil Yields”.

Byoung Ryong Jeong has completed his PhD at the age of 31 years from Colorado State University, USA, and postdoctoral studies from University of Missouri-Columbia, USA, and Chiba University, Japan. He is a professor in Department of Horticulture and Dean of College of Agriculture and Life Sciences till 2016, Gyeongsang National University, Republic of Korea. He has published more than 350 papers in reputed journals,25+ books & book chapters, 30+ Korean patents, and 46 research reports and has been serving as an editor-in-chief of JOAAT and also been a president of the Korean Society for Floricultural Science.

Dr. Alexander Ivlev received his PhD (1968) at Mendeleev Chemical Technology Institute (Russia) for “Thermodynamics of Isotope Exchange of Elements with Middle and Heavy Masses” studies. After receiving PhD he worked in All-Union Oil Research Institute as a senior scientific researcher. Next PhD (1986) he received at Institute of Chemical Physics of Russian Academy of Sciences for “The Regularities of Carbon Isotope Fractionation in Biological Systems” studies. In 2005 he was awarded by Medal of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences “To Author of Scientific Discovery” for establishing link between carbon isotope distribution in metabolites and temporal organization of metabolic processes. Keeping on his work in Oil Research Institute in 1994 he was invited to lecture in Russian State Agrarian University. In the University he went on studying photosynthesis by means of isotopic technique. Oscillatory character of photosynthesis was his finding. In 1995 he received Professor’s degree. Dr. Alexander Ivlev is an author of 5 scientific monographs and more than 200 publications. His present interests: chemical & biological evolution, interaction of photosynthesis and Earth’s crust processes. One of his recent works “Photosynthesis in Global Cycle of Biosphere Carbon” in monograph “Applied Photosynthesis. New Progress” (2016).

Aliyev Zakir Husein oglu was born in 03/05/1949, in the family of an employee. In 1972 he graduated with honors from the Department of Mechanical Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. Po end of ASOA in 1972, in the face of a specialist with higher education being, a tendency to engage in research activities was taken in Azerbaijan Scientific-Research Institute (AzINMASh) for the position of Art . engineer in the department "wellhead", where he worked on 1975. Given their contribution to the development of the agro-industrial science as a result of many years of scientific activity, in 1997 he was elected a member of. correspondent, and in 1998 a full member (academician) of the International Academy of Ecology and Natural Resources. In 2001 he was elected a full member of the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation The water problems. In 2014 he was elected professor of RAE, established the medal A. Nobelya.V 2015, the year for his significant contribution to the development of world science awarded Order "PRIMUSINTERPARES", etc.

Biography :

Henry M. Sobell completed his studies at Brooklyn Technical High School (1948-1952), Columbia College (1952-1956), and the University of Virginia School of Medicine (1956-1960). Instead of practicing clinical medicine, he then went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to join Professor Alexander Rich in the Department of Biology (1960-1965), where, as a Helen Hay Whitney Postdoctoral Fellow, he learned the technique of single crystal X-ray analysis. He then joined the Chemistry Department at the University of Rochester, having been subsequently jointly appointed to both the Chemistry and Molecular Biophysics departments (the latter at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry), becoming a full tenured Professor in both departments (1965-1993).He is now retired and living in the Adirondacks in New York, USA.

Professor Ilan Chet completed his PhD in microbiology at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is recognized as a pioneer in the field of biocontrol and induced resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses in plants. He Trained more than 30 Ph.D. and 55 M.Sc. students. published more than 395 articles in international scientific journals, trained more than 30 PhD and 55 MSc students, edited 5 books in his field of research and owns 38 patents. He was the founding Director of the Otto Warburg Minerva Center for Agricultural Biotechnology and Dean at the Faculty of Agriculture in Rehovot, Vice President for Research and Development at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; nominated President of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot. He is recognized as a pioneer in the field of biocontrol and induced resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses in plants. Positions: (1986–1989);, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1991–2001). Was nominated President of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot (2001 to 2006) and “Institute Professor” (2005); retrieved his position at the Faculty of Agriculture, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2006); Chairman of the Health & Environment Fund since 2008; Invited visiting professor - universities of Harvard, Colorado State, Cornell, and Rutgers in the USA, Goettingen in Germany and Lund in Sweden; Senior Scientist at DuPont in Delaware, USA.

No insurance, of any kind, is included along with the registration in any of the events of the organization.




Please note that transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant, Allied Academies will not be liable for any actions howsoever related to transportation and parking.




Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party non-profit organization and this conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.


Requesting an Invitation Letter:


For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference after payment of complete registration fee. Once registration is complete, please contact to request for a personalized letter of invitation, if not received until one month before the scheduled date of event.

All the bank charges applicable during refund will be deducted from the account of participant.


Cancellation Policy:


All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to If, due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event on the scheduled date, the participant is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling.


Postponement of event:

If, due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend the conference on rescheduled dates, he/she is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling.


Transfer of Registration:

All registrations, after payment of complete registration fee, are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if in case the person is unable to attend the event. Request for transfer of registration must be made by the registered person in writing to Details must include the full name of replaced new registrant, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied academies if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if intimated within 14 days of respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information:

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Allied academies, including the inability to obtain a visa.


Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund policies apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overhead charges, following Refund Policy Orders are available:

Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund after deduction of $100 towards service Fee.

Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund

Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund

E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.


Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Accommodation Service Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies which are applicable when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. If in case the registrant wishes to cancel or amend the accommodation, he/ she is expected to inform the organizing authorities on a prior basis. Allied academies will advise the registrant to ensure complete awareness about the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancellation or modification of their booking.
